Very thorough with the inspection of my car.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Personable and very professional. Nothing was hidden, costs were right upfront and I was shown photos of areas that needed to be addressed. This was my first visit to this business. I was very impressed when asked when routine maintenance had been completed and updated in their system for future recommend preventative maintenance. I was so impressed I booked another appointment before leaving. If I could leave 10 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate.

This was the first time using C&H. They were exceptionally accommodating, professional and friendly. Their price was slightly lower than the BMW dealer, yet their customer service was far above. I'll continue taking my car to them for servicing as needed. Very positive experience!

AWESOME AS USUAL

Super easy to make an appointment online, confirmed by phone. Took me to work and picked me up while they worked on the car. Great service and easy garage to use.

I’ve always had excellent service here over the years. Each interaction with the shop lets you know they care and they are competent. I am a single woman, and automotive shops used to be super stressful, and I was constantly being taken advantage of and intimidated (for example I went in for an oil change at my dealership and was told I needed a new oil pan, a $3000 expense. It turned out the previous oil change had stripped a bolt and then sealed it up with silicone. A three dollar replacement bolt would have been a reasonable solution. I texted my brother, a former mechanic, for help and rescued me by showing up and arguing the abuse and damage caused by the dealership. The dealership ended up replacing my oil pan for free since they were the ones who had previously damaged the oil pan.) My brother then recommended C&H to me and they care for me like family, I’m treated like gold and the repairs are honest and fair. I’ve been a loyal customer for about a decade.

I had no idea of how happy I could be until I got my vehicle back from service. It now starts and runs like it's new again. I had taken my vehicle to Porsche twice and they couldn't fix it. C&H auto did.

Very happy with service. Fortunately I had another car to drive-this time. And there certainly were reasons for the time - fires etc

Have been taking my cars to C&H for over 10 years. I always experience great service and care.

I recieved great customer service as I have for the past 21 years but I provided my own oil and mentioned I wanted to use it but the oil was left unused and I did not want synthetic oil in my engine. I don't think they put that request in the service order.

They were thorough in their inspection, clearly communicated what needed attention (and what didn’t), and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that truly values integrity and takes pride in doing quality work. Greeted with a friendly smile and a quick review of what was being done. Most importantly I trust them here, and that is peace of mind for me! And I love the check list so I can be prepared for future work that will need to be done.

Way overpriced. 2 air filters, ac check, and rear differential almost $1000. Quoted me brakes for $1500, Les Schwab full service 567. I will not be returning.

C&H got me in quickly and performed the work I needed! The team is polite and make me feel like a valued customer.

This place rocks! They helped me when I was in a bind, and got my Audi back to running great. Not only were they precise in their work, but they were also transparent throughout the whole process. Great place. They were able to get me in with my 2016 XC 90-R ASAP and fixed it same day. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! Thanks for the service and reasonable price. I will be back. I highly recommend!!

Brandon is the best! I was heading to a funeral on the west side of the state and told him that if he could have my car serviced and repaired one day before I left, that would be great. He said he thought he could fit me in and try his best to get it done on time. He delivered! Great service and kind people to work with. They are a great team that is always professional and work hard. Thank you C & H for always being dependable and doing what you say while having the customers best interest.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL TRASH YOU IF YOU CALL OUT THEIR WORK. 289 POUNDS ON MY OIL DRAIN BOLT NEXT SERVICE. Extremely over priced. Paid 180 freakin dollars for AN OIL CHANGE because they require an inspection, vacuuming, and brake cleaning with it. Was absolutely not informed before hand. They just gave me a receipt for the oil change plus my transmisson for $700 which is already absurd i only came because i heard great things about them. The one star is because i left with my car making new noises, metal in metal grinding from their “inspection” coming from brakes which i said during my booking i knew were ready to be changed. They also provided 4 pages of pictures of the exterior of my vehicle but not a single photo under or what they worked on.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at C and H Auto Repair. The staff were professional and friendly from the time I called to schedule the appointment until the work on my car was completed. They kept me well informed and readily answered my questions. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated! I will definitely be using them in the future should I need work on my auto.

I was referred by another shop, that was honest enough to say, “we just don’t work on your type or car here, but we know who we would take our own cars to if we owned one”! So that speaks volumes in this industry of both places. From the moment I calle to the end of the service done, C&H was professional, timely, TRANSPARENT and very knowledgeable about my British chariot. They broke down everything and now we are on a good plan of the maintenance my auto will need to be kept in top shape. Very impressed and happy to have them on my auto team!
