SUPERIOR, Scott thanks once again for all you and your team do for us!

I have been with C&H for forty years. There is no better auto service business in Spokane. They genuinely care about taking care of my car and me. I can call them from on the road (and I have) to get advice on an issue. They have kept our cars safe to drive and in very good running order for forty years! It is a family business passed from father to son. The father was kind, courteous, sincere and trustworthy. The son is continuing that tradition. I am grateful to have found C&H forty years ago.

Learning just now from Scott of Ed Cushman's passing was a punch in the stomach to me. Ed was one of the great giants of my life, a true north star example of what a man can be, personally, professionally, ethically. He didn't just service my family's Volvos for 40 years, he was a rare old-fashioned friend of the family businessman. He exemplified how free enterprise can be elevated, not just to the highest form of performance art, but to something spiritual that goes far beyond mere materialism to touch hearts in the deepest way with practical know-how expertise that serves good value in getting needed work done served in a way with unmistakable genuine caring. Spokane--and I--have lost a cherished treasure in Ed. But it lessens the the pain I feel at his passing to know that in his son Scotty and the C&H team the institution Ed created will live on in his one-of-a-kind spirit. Excellent service and attention to detail.

I've used C and H for my Audi and BMW. They do a great job. Very attentive. Very professional.

Pretty disappointed. We were charged $600 for a diagnostic, which was over the estimate we were given. No work was performed, it was a computer diagnostic, and we were told to take the vehicle to a dealer for warranty repairs. If we had gone to the dealer in the first place we wouldn’t have had to pay anything. Lesson learned. We’ll head to the dealer from now on. In my opinion I wouldn’t bother with anything here beyond oil changes, and even then we’ll go to Les Schwab. They at least told us their limits.

Excellent. Aaron was thorough and polite. It was a long appointment but Art Salvage right next door helped pass the time! Car doctoring is not easy as I drive 2 1/2 hours one way to make an effort to take my car to this business. Will continue as long as I can get there. Well worth it. And a beautiful wash job to boot! Yes, it’s $$$ but still cheaper than new car. I trust this business.

C&H is a service company with integrity. If I have an estimate for work on my Volvo and not everything needs to done when they start the appointment, C&H always lets me know my cost is less than the estimate! They are also proactive in letting me know of upcoming services so I can plan accordingly.

Had a great experience with C & H Auto. We brought our car in for service, and everything went very smoothly. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to give us a detailed overview of the vehicle’s condition. We appreciated knowing exactly what was going on with the car and what to keep an eye on going forward.

As cars get more complicated, trusting your car service shop gets more important. The team at C&H has walked me through some hard conversations in maintaining my aging Audi. Yesterday the good news was upon closer inspection the part they had authority to replace was still functioning well. Thank you to Brandon, Aaron, Scott, and the rest of the team!

My daughter recently moved to Spokane Washington. I live out of state. She drives a 2017 VW that has been a great car but is used and is in need of routine maintenance. While visiting Spokane I researched local auto shops and identified C&H Foreign Auto for maintenance and potential repairs. I visited the shop in person and met Service Advisor Aaron Hadley. I explained to Aaron that I wanted to find a shop I could trust and he assured me they could take care of any maintenance and repairs. I felt confident with his answers and the interaction. This month my daughter’s seatbelt started to fray for some unknown reason so I called upon Aaron for help. They conducted the repair in a timely and professional manner. They even dropped off and picked up my daughter as a courtesy. We were very happy with the quality of service. Thank you Aaron and C&H Foreign Auto.

Audi Q5 for an engine oil change. Inspection showed some early potential problems. The staff were flexible and made great efforts to make sure service worked within my schedule to pick up vehicle.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Personable and very professional. Nothing was hidden, costs were right upfront and I was shown photos of areas that needed to be addressed. This was my first visit to this business. I was very impressed when asked when routine maintenance had been completed and updated in their system for future recommend preventative maintenance. I was so impressed I booked another appointment before leaving. If I could leave 10 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate.

This was the first time using C&H. They were exceptionally accommodating, professional and friendly. Their price was slightly lower than the BMW dealer, yet their customer service was far above. I'll continue taking my car to them for servicing as needed. Very positive experience!

AWESOME AS USUAL

Super easy to make an appointment online, confirmed by phone. Took me to work and picked me up while they worked on the car. Great service and easy garage to use.

I’ve always had excellent service here over the years. Each interaction with the shop lets you know they care and they are competent. I am a single woman, and automotive shops used to be super stressful, and I was constantly being taken advantage of and intimidated (for example I went in for an oil change at my dealership and was told I needed a new oil pan, a $3000 expense. It turned out the previous oil change had stripped a bolt and then sealed it up with silicone. A three dollar replacement bolt would have been a reasonable solution. I texted my brother, a former mechanic, for help and rescued me by showing up and arguing the abuse and damage caused by the dealership. The dealership ended up replacing my oil pan for free since they were the ones who had previously damaged the oil pan.) My brother then recommended C&H to me and they care for me like family, I’m treated like gold and the repairs are honest and fair. I’ve been a loyal customer for about a decade.

I had no idea of how happy I could be until I got my vehicle back from service. It now starts and runs like it's new again. I had taken my vehicle to Porsche twice and they couldn't fix it. C&H auto did.

Very happy with service. Fortunately I had another car to drive-this time. And there certainly were reasons for the time - fires etc

Have been taking my cars to C&H for over 10 years. I always experience great service and care.

I recieved great customer service as I have for the past 21 years but I provided my own oil and mentioned I wanted to use it but the oil was left unused and I did not want synthetic oil in my engine. I don't think they put that request in the service order.

Greeted with a friendly smile and a quick review of what was being done. Most importantly I trust them here, and that is peace of mind for me! And I love the check list so I can be prepared for future work that will need to be done.

Way overpriced. 2 air filters, ac check, and rear differential almost $1000. Quoted me brakes for $1500, Les Schwab full service 567. I will not be returning.

Great place. They were able to get me in with my 2016 XC 90-R ASAP and fixed it same day. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! Thanks for the service and reasonable price. I will be back. I highly recommend!!
