When I went to the dealership I was treated like a distraction. At C&H I am treated like a valued customer.

I had an excellent experience with C & H Auto while having my Volvo serviced. From start to finish, their customer service was outstanding. The team was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything in detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. What stood out most was their honesty and transparency. They were thorough in their inspection, clearly communicated what needed attention (and what didn’t), and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that truly values integrity and takes pride in doing quality work. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented shop with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend C & H Auto. I’ll definitely be returning for future service

Greeted with a friendly smile and a quick review of what was being done. Most importantly I trust them here, and that is peace of mind for me! And I love the check list so I can be prepared for future work that will need to be done.

Way overpriced. 2 air filters, ac check, and rear differential almost $1000. Quoted me brakes for $1500, Les Schwab full service 567. I will not be returning.

Great place. They were able to get me in with my 2016 XC 90-R ASAP and fixed it same day. They even washed and vacuumed my car!! Thanks for the service and reasonable price. I will be back. I highly recommend!!

Brandon is the best! I was heading to a funeral on the west side of the state and told him that if he could have my car serviced and repaired one day before I left, that would be great. He said he thought he could fit me in and try his best to get it done on time. He delivered! Great service and kind people to work with. They are a great team that is always professional and work hard. Thank you C & H for always being dependable and doing what you say while having the customers best interest.

Extremely over priced. Paid 180 freakin dollars for AN OIL CHANGE because they require an inspection, vacuuming, and brake cleaning with it. Was absolutely not informed before hand. They just gave me a receipt for the oil change plus my transmisson for $700 which is already absurd i only came because i heard great things about them. The one star is because i left with my car making new noises, metal in metal grinding from their “inspection” coming from brakes which i said during my booking i knew were ready to be changed. They also provided 4 pages of pictures of the exterior of my vehicle but not a single photo under or what they worked on.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at C and H Auto Repair. The staff were professional and friendly from the time I called to schedule the appointment until the work on my car was completed. They kept me well informed and readily answered my questions. The shuttle service was greatly appreciated! I will definitely be using them in the future should I need work on my auto.

I was referred by another shop, that was honest enough to say, “we just don’t work on your type or car here, but we know who we would take our own cars to if we owned one”! So that speaks volumes in this industry of both places. From the moment I calle to the end of the service done, C&H was professional, timely, TRANSPARENT and very knowledgeable about my British chariot. They broke down everything and now we are on a good plan of the maintenance my auto will need to be kept in top shape. Very impressed and happy to have them on my auto team!

Great service and trustworthy! Not only did they service my vehicle with love and care, but provided me transportation to and from. They went above and beyond, and I will always go to them!!!

Brandon and the guys at the shop always take care of our vehicles so well- but they take care of us as customers just as much. They are thorough in diagnosing problems on our 2019 Volvo XC90 so that we may be proactive in getting them fixed. They never pressure you into a service that you don’t need- but are always recommending what is best for your car and will always offer a quote for you to review. I cannot recommend them enough- we’ve been getting service done here for about 4 years and have never had a bad experience. Complimentary car to take you to a coffee shops while you wait, complimentary waters, and your car gets a wash too! Always happy to schedule service here, especially with these experts in foreign vehicles! Also, if you get to meet Maverick.. you are one of the lucky ones! 😉

Being a return customer says a lot. And I am. As a woman, this is not my favorite pastime - car maintenance. But C & H has made it a pleasant experience. I have full confidence in this well established business. They are polite, helpful and do a great job. I drive 2 1/2 hours to appointments with them - it is well worth it! Honest, thorough, good communication and very transparent. They even offer rides and loaner cars. And a cute office dog to boot! Ive used Subaru dealerships in the past and honestly I would prefer these guys. Hands down.

I took the opportunity for a free alignment check and discounted service fee to have my 2007 Range Rover with 225K miles aligned with necessary suspension repairs. They did a fine job with the alignment and repair. It required an extra tool and time and they helped with transportation to cover the extra time. They do not hesitate when it comes to handling a complex 19-year-old high-mileage British car. They are matter-of-fact about what is needed and they have a 3-year warrantee on parts and service. They do not balk, condemn or judge as they are capable. I have worked with them since 2009.

My repairs were accomplished in a very timely manner. I appreciate being informed of the repairs made, and the areas that were in good working order.

Aaron, Scott, and Brandon are good listeners and great people. The techs were very thorough. We would give 10 stars if we could!

They do not work on anything older than 2000.
